Lagos Adjusts Closing, Resumption Dates For Public Primary Schools

The Lagos State Government has reported the change in shutting date for the first term year 2019/2020 and resumption date for the second term Y2019/2020 school schedule. The state government through State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, declared the change in around dated November 27, 2019. 


The round was marked by Mrs. M. A Folami, Acting Director, School Support Services for Executive Chairman, SUBEB, Folami clarified that the measure has gotten essential as the Public Pre-Primary School and Primary School Head Teachers and Teachers would go to Eko Excel Pre Service Professional Development and Technology Training program between December 2019 and January 2020.

For the main term of 2019/2020 scholastic session Lagos State Public Primary Schools will clear Friday, December sixth, 2019 as against the previous date of December thirteenth, 2019. 

"For the second term of 2019/2020 scholarly session, Lagos State Public Primary Schools will continue on January twentieth, 2020 as against the past date of January sixth, 2020."
