In an announcement he marked Sunday, Senator Abdullahi said the adversaries were just claiming to secure 'The right to speak freely of Speech' by misleading Nigerians on the purpose of the enactment before the National Assembly.
The legislator, in this way, cautioned Nigerians to be careful with "bogus data being spilled out by certain people and gatherings marching themselves as serving the enthusiasm of the country".
Referring to a report by the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) on 'Beating Dangerous Speech and Endemic Religious Divides in Central Nigeria', Senator Sabi Abdullahi said people with solid inclination equipped for raising ethnic and strict viciousness are penetrating the media.
As per him, such people and gatherings are against the entry of a Hate Speech law by the National Assembly as same would put a conclusion to their exchange that relies upon utilizing ethnic and strict inclination for the acknowledgment of self-serving interests.
