The strange scene started under the glaring hot spotlight during the Los Angeles banter, as Biden — whos isn't broadly known as a person with speech issues — told the crowd how individuals with fluctuating issues approach him for sympathy or guidance.
"They stay in contact with me, the little child who says 'I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I can't, I-I-I can't talk. Wh-wh-what do I do?'" Biden told the crowd.
"I have scores of these young ladies and men who I stay in touch with," he said.
The 77-year-old previous VP's impersonation created a ruckus via web-based networking media as individuals addressed whether he was deriding people with discourse hindrances, had himself stammered or was mercifully describing a story about a youngster he could identify with.
"I have definitely no clue what Biden is discussing," previous White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders posted on Twitter.
