Rivers APC Crisis: Amaechi's Ally Mocks Senator Abe, Predicts His Political Future

A previous National Publicity Secretary of the old new Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, has depicted Wednesday's court administering against Senator Magnus Abe as honest and careful.

The court had on Wednesday expelled the supplications of Abe, a previous Rivers South-East Senator against the APC, and put aside the break request which stopped the ward, neighborhood government and state congresses of the Rivers APC prior planned by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the gathering.

Eze, who made his position known by means of an announcement he marked and made accessible to DAILY POST, said the judgment has let go of all hypotheses and vulnerabilities about the fate of the Rivers APC which has been overwhelmed in a furious inner emergency.

The court had, in a judgment struck out the supplications of the petitioners and abandoned the interlocutory directive against the lead of congresses, referring to that the activity was initiated by an off-base system of law and further asserting that the judgment of a court can't be translated by another court of organizing ward.

The expense of N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira in particular) was likewise granted against the inquirers – Ibrahim Umah and 22 Ors. for the Defendant – the APC.

Eze noticed that with the result of the 'recorded judgment', Abe's political burdens had recently expanded, saying "in the wake of separating himself from the political family that carried him to spotlight, for reasons just known to him, he has been pursuing arrangement of troubles at each progression of his unholy political move.

"In the wake of losing his senatorial seat that would have made him the Deputy Senate President and his fantasy about turning into a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria plunging, other heartbreaking changes have jumped out at him:

his failure to keep on holding the APC structure in the state to the prisoner, refusal of Governor Wike to suit a sensible number of his displeased gathering, just as Wike's refusal to bless him for 2023 gubernatorial political race. He is by all accounts lost in the political wilderness, without a heading," Eze said.

While extolling the court for the decision, Eze said his trust in the legal executive has stayed unshaken. He praised individuals from the APC and hailed them for their understanding and tranquil demeanor all through the times of Abe's demonstrations of incitement.

Eze, further spoke to the National Working Committee of the APC to quickly reschedule and set up modalities for the direct of congresses so as to return the gathering on track for the great Rivers individuals.
