Breaking News: Court Orders Mohammed Adoke's Remand For 14 Days

As indicated by a report by The Nation, a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), in Maitama, Abuja has allowed the solicitation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to remand previous Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Mohamed Adoke for 14 days pending examination. 


Equity Othman Musa, who is the court's sitting get-away judge allowed an ex-parte movement moved toward the beginning of today by EFCC's legal advisor, Fatima Mustapha with that impact. 

"Application to remand the suspect in EFCC guardianship for 14 days pending examination is allowed," the judge said.
