Senator Ifeanyi Ubah Breaks Silence After Being Sacked For Allegedly Falsifying His Certificate

Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, the Young Progressives Party House of Representatives part speaking to Anambra South Senatorial District in the National Assembly has responded to the news that he has been sacked by a Federal High Court in Kubwa, Abuja after a suit was documented against him by Obinna Uzor. 


The suit was recorded requesting that the court invalidate his political race as congressperson for distorting his school testament result. 

The oil head honcho, who tended to columnists in Abuja on Tuesday, clarified that the indicated suit was recorded against him in March, while the court managed on it in April without his insight or that of his legitimate group. 

He guaranteed his constituents and all Nigerians that the decision would not stand since he had just moved toward a similar court to clear the judgment. 

Tending to newsmen, Ifeanyi Ubah expressed that the suit was recorded and a decision given in April without his insight. 

"My consideration was attracted to the issue around about fourteen days back and I moved toward the court. 

"I found that the case was organized in April without my insight. I don't comprehend the elements. 

"I returned to a similar judge and I recorded an application for a stay of execution. The court will run on it on January 5, 2020. 

"The judgment was alluding to the political decision hung on February 16, however, my political race was in March."
