Equity Mohammed Owolabi of the Oyo State High Court 14, sitting in Iyaganku, Ibadan on Thursday, December 19, 2019, indicted Mutiu for visa racketeering and condemned him to nine months in jail.
EFCC report stated, "Hammed was confronting a 16-tally criminal accusation of getting cash under falsifications, articulating and fashioning records in a suit documented against him by the EFCC, Ibadan zonal office."
The charge, DAILY POST learned, was a spin-off of an appeal together composed by four of his unfortunate casualties in which he was claimed to have gathered entireties totaling N4,350,000 with the misrepresentation that he had verified Canadian visas for them.
