Equity Ijeoma Ojukwu, who gave the request, likewise granted an N100, 000 fine against the DSS over its deferral to serve the guard counsel with the extra verification of proof in the continuous preliminary of Sowore and Olawale Bakare.
The judge, who was obviously irate over the advancement which has made the court deferred the preliminary at the case of the DSS, said the fine should be paid to the litigants before the following suspended date.
Ojukwu, in this manner, suspended until Dec. 6 for preliminary continuation.
