The senator, his relatives and a portion of his assistants were in Mauritius on Saturday for the wedding after the conventional piece of the wedding had been praised in Owo, Ondo State in September.
The PDP, in an announcement by its Director of Media and Publicity, Mr. Zadok Akintoye, asserted that the representative was being unfeeling toward the predicament of the individuals of the state by purportedly utilizing state finance for his little girl's function abroad.
Akintoye stated, "It is on record that this APC-drove government remains the most enemies of individuals government in the historical backdrop of Ondo State and one that has celebrated private enterprise, nepotism, tribalism and wanton negligence for the welfare of the individuals.
"Inside the most recent two years, the representative has praised weddings of his kids over the world from Canada to the United States and now Mauritius to the detriment of residents of this state with no feeling of regard to the individuals he leads. By what other means would one be able to clarify the present presentation of luxuriousness and scorn for the individuals?"
In any case, in its response, the state section of the All Progressives Congress, in an announcement by its Publicity Secretary, Mr Alex Kalejaiye, said the resistance was just looking for significance by censuring the representative on the occasion.
Kalejaiye stated, "The APC in Ondo State has seen as immature, nearsighted, and avoidable, the incongruous contention of the PDP that the ongoing wedding of a little girl of Mr. Governor in Mauritius was a demonstration of "heartlessness."
