The Chief Magistrate, Mr. P. E. Nwaka, didn't take the litigant's request and requested him to be remanded in the remedial focus till January 20, for guidance from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
The litigant who dwells at 35, Ariyori Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos, is standing preliminary for contamination.
Prior, the examiner, Insp. Christopher John told the court that the offense was submitted on October 14 at the respondent's home.
John claimed that the respondent called the complainant, a 10-year-old young lady, into his room under affectations of sending her on a task.
The examiner affirmed that the litigant shut the entryway and contaminated her.
As indicated by the examiner, the offense negates Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 and culpable under same.
