He made the disclosure while talking at the Wole Soyinka Award for Investigative Reporting occasion in Lagos.
Falana said the appointment visited the court to apologize for attacking the premises.
"This evening (Monday, December ninth), the SSS the board sent an appointment to the court to apologize for the attack of the court on Friday. We simply battle unfairness until it is over in our nation" Falana said.
The mystery police had attacked the government high court in Abuja on Friday to rearrest Omoyele Sowore, convener of RevolutionNow Movement, scarcely 24 hours after he was discharged on the request for the court.
Falana had before said the leader of the DSS group who attacked the court apologized to Ijeoma Ojukwu, the directing judge, in her chambers. Video cuts which made the rounds indicated the confusion inside the court where Sowore was nailed somewhere around a man claimed to be a user of the DSS while he (Sowore) was encompassed by his supporters who retaliated.
The DSS has, be that as it may, denied invading the court.
The administration said it didn't endeavor to capture Sowore inside the court, claiming that his supporters just "organize dealt with the show" to carry the administration to offensiveness. Supporting the rearrest of Sowore, the DSS said he "turned to acts antagonistic to security", including that it stays a well-behaved office.
