Court Orders Takeover Of 400 Ogun Houses

Occupants of Adigbe and its environs in the Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State have been tossed into alarm following a court request approving a family to take over around 400 houses and plots of land in the territory. 


The State High Court sitting in Abeokuta had allowed the supplications of one Apostle Oyedeji family, which professed to be the first proprietor of the land in the Adigbe people group, to claim more than 400 houses and immature plots of land in the network.

"We don't have the foggiest idea what to do. Occupants are confounded; it is just the administration that can tackle this issue." 

The inhabitants spoke to the family to consider the tenants of the land in whatever choice it would take. 

The Secretary to the family, Sesan Babatunde, said legitimate exchange would be finished with the inhabitants of the land. 

He included that the family was not set up to send anyone out of their homes, however, needed to tell them that it was the genuine proprietor of the land. 

Babatunde expressed, "We are likewise human and we are not here to send anyone out of their homes.
