Representative Bamidele going under request 43 of the Senate Standing Rules, drew the consideration of the upper chamber to the supposed attack of a Federal High Court, Abuja, managed by Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu.
He said that the Senate can't bear to bypass the issue as immediate delegates of the individuals.
He approached the Senate to order its board of trustees on National Security and Intelligence to explore the issue to empower the upper chamber to reach determination dependent on certainties.
Leader of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, said since the issue concerned the legal executive, the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters led by Senator Bamidele ought to examine the issue and report in multi-week.
