Maina, a previous Chairman of the then Pension Reform Task Team, is being arraigned close by his firm, Common Input Property and Investment Limited on charges on 12 checks of illegal tax avoidance including N2bn.

Affirming as an arraignment witness, Fatima told the judge, Justice Okon Abang, that she was conceived by similar guardians with Maina.
Fatima, a government worker situated in Kaduna denied association with Maina's Common Input and Investment Nigeria Ltd.
She stated, "Here and there in August 2019, I went to the ATM of Diamond Access Bank to pull back some cash.
