The Magistrate, Umar Ibrahim, who didn't take the request of the respondent, requested that he be remanded pending legitimate counsel from the Kaduna State Director of Public Prosecutions.
Ibrahim dismissed the case until January 14, 2020, for further notice.
Yunusa, who dwells in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, is standing preliminary for criminal intrigue and guilty murder.
The Prosecutor, Inspector Chidi Leo, told the court that the case was moved from Kauru Divisional Headquarters of the state to the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, on November 12.
Leo said on a similar date, at about 2:00 p.m., the litigant and two others now everywhere, had a misconception with one Adamu Dogo, which prompted a physical fight.
The investigator expressed that during the battle the respondent and his companions utilized a log of wood and hit Dogo on his head and he drooped.
Leo included that when the unfortunate casualty drooped, the respondent and his companions fled before he was raced to a close-by a medical clinic, where he was articulated dead.
The investigator said the offenses negated segments 59 and 190 of Kaduna State Penal Code, 2017.
