As per reports, Mustapha stood preliminary with two different litigants – the restorative specialist whose authentication he manufactured, and the man who helped him to produce the endorsement which he used to get work into the Adamawa State Medical Health Management Services Board and rose to the position of Principal Medical Officer before being gotten.
While condemning the phony specialist, Justice Nathan Musa denounced the lead of Mustapha, pondering the endless distresses the phony specialist could have caused groups of unfortunate casualties over the 13 years time frame he rehearsed.

"On tallies four, five, six, seven and 10, I sentence him to 10 years of jail term on every one of the checks without the choice of a fine."
Mustapha had admitted to manufacturing MBBS accreditations following his capture by the DSS, yet prevented causing the passing from claiming any patient all through his vocation until his capture.
