"Was it a genuine mishap at 12:50am this morning...passed out while driving on the interstate. Totaled the car...hospitalized, experiencing a bunch of tests.....
"Yet, I'm alive!!!
"Lost cognizance driving...but two human heavenly attendants pursued my swerving vehicle with their crisis signals onto stop traffic ....drove behind me until the point that my vehicle collided with the center solid island.
