The Reds made this known in an announcement on the club's authentic site on Wednesday.
The announcement read: "Isaac Christie-Davies has joined Cercle Brugge on credit until the finish of the period.
"The midfielder will spend the rest of 2019-20 with the Belgium Pro League club after terms concurred with Liverpool.
"Christie-Davies will presently connect up with the Groen en Zwart at their winter preparing camp in Malta.
"Bernd Storck is in charge of Cercle Brugge, who picked up advancement to Belgium's top-flight last season.
