The inn is said to have a place with the late Gen. Sani Abacha's family.
The inn had been under the case between the Federal Government and the late leader of the state's family since 2001.
Authorities of the Kaduna State Urban Development Agency did the destruction which shocked inhabitants of the state on Thursday.
Nonetheless, Abacha's family legal counselor, Mr. Reuben Atabor, kicked against the destruction, demanding that the inn had a place with his customer.
He stated, "The Durbar Hotel has a place with the group of General Sani Abacha.
"They have been in court with the Federal Government since 2001. The family won the case.
"The Federal Government requested and lost at the intrigue court. Also, as I talk with you, the case is at the Supreme Court; it has not been chosen.
"Along these lines, for what reason should anyone wreck the lodging. We saw KASUPDA authorities crushing the inn, and KASUPDA is a Kaduna State Government office.
"The Abacha family will get equity since we are documenting court movement against the destruction."
As of the hour of documenting this report, the Director-General of the KASUPDA, Ismail Dikko couldn't become to as his line didn't associate.
