Suspected Arms Dealer Arrested With 10 Guns In Kaduna

A 50-year-elderly person, Ahmadu Mohammed, suspected to be a firearm sprinter has been captured by the Troops of 1 Division sent in Operation Whirl Punch. 


They recouped 10 privately made rifles from him. 

As indicated by a military source, who educated newsmen in Kaduna, the presumed arms seller was captured when attempting to pirate arms to criminals. 

The military source said the man was captured on his approach to Pandogari in Niger State, to convey the weapons to Yunusa Madaki, an associated outlaw on the needed rundown with security organizations. 

As indicated by the source, Mohammed had been providing weapons to crooks and ruffians threatening individuals in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna state.

"During cross examination, the suspect guaranteed that the weapons were given to him by Ali Makeri, a producer of the weapons, to convey them to Yunusa Madaki, who lives at Shamuyabo town in Pandogari town. 

"Madaki is an infamous criminal, who has been on the needed arrangements of security organizations," the source clarified. 

The source guaranteed that the suspect would be given over to the police after starter examination and spoke to general society to give data that would help security offices to catch such unfortunate components.
