Senator Abbo Absent At Court Hearing Due To Ill-Health

The nonappearance of Senator Elisha Abbo, who purportedly ambushed a nursing mother and the arraignment counsel, on Thursday, slowed down the continuation of his preliminary in a Zuba Chief Magistrates' Court, in Abuja. 


NAN reports that Abbo, who speaks to Adamawa North Senatorial Zone, was summoned on July 8, 2019, for supposedly attacking a nursing mother, Mrs. Warmate Osimibibra. 

At the continued hearing, the police counsel, James Idachaba, and the respondent, (Abbo) were not in Court. 

In any case, Philip Tumba from the legitimate branch of the FCT Police Command told the court that the arraignment counsel was going to a gathering with the Inspector-General of Police. 

Tumba likewise said there was a letter of intermission from the police, which was recorded at the court library yesterday (Wednesday) however not served on the resistance.
