Mrs. Otun, until her destruction, was a Senior Teaching staff of the Board, joined to Community Primary School 1, Olopomewa.
She was on the way to Abuja from Ibadan, for a workshop sorted out by the United Nations Children's Fund with her partner, Mrs Adedeji of Bako Community Primary School, Ido when they were engaged with a repulsive engine mishap.
The Executive Chairman of the Board, Dr. Nureni Adeniran, uncovered that, while Mrs. Adedeji endure the mishap yet supported wounds, Mrs. Otun didn't endure it.
"The occurrence is exceptionally appalling", he said. "She would be woefully missed in the showing administration of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, particularly for her restrained way of life and commitment to obligation", he included.

The director stated, "The State government has made game plans to take the late Mrs. Otun's body back to Ibadan, while Oyo State Government is guaranteeing that Mrs. Adedeji, who was seriously harmed, experiences appropriate treatment."
