The court, in a between time request that was conceded by Justice Taiwo, requested gatherings in the issue not to make any move to execute the judgment of the High Court of the
Federal Capital Territory dated April 11, 2019, just as administering of a similar court dated, January 17, 2020, pending the consultation and assurance of a movement on notice Senator Ubah documented before it.

howsoever named from making any stride planned for offering impact to the Judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja conveyed on the eleventh day of April 2019 in Suit No.: CV/3044/2018 and the Ruling of
the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja conveyed on the seventeenth of January, 2020 in Motion No: FCT/HC/M/1631/2019, pending the meeting and assurance of the movement of interlocutory Injunction recorded in this".
The court additionally fixed February 6 to hear Ubah's suit checked FHC/ABJ/CS/59/2020.
