Equity Jude Okeke made the request on Thursday while administering on a movement drawn from a suit documented by Ummakalif Limited against Minister of the FCT, Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), DG of NCAC, and the Minister for Culture and Tourism, as the main, second, third and fourth respondents individually.
In the movement, the petitioner looked for a request for the court submitting Runsewe to jail for scorn of court request made on December 15, 2017.
Equity Okeke portrayed Runsewe's activity as exceptionally 'derisive'.
The judge said condemning Runsewe to the authority of the Nigerian Correctional Services (NCS) will fill in as an obstacle to other people who misuse office and resist court orders with scorn.
He requested the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to capture Runsewe with prompt impact and hand him over to the NCS pending when he follows his means.
The court hosted requested gatherings in the suit to remain procedures on each movement concerning the destruction of the Arts and Craft town situated in the Central Business District territory of the FCT.
