Lana Sue Clayton, 53, conceded Thursday to deliberate homicide and altering nourishment or medication, news outlets announced.
York County criminologists said Lana Clayton confessed to giving her significant other Steven Clayton drinks bound with Visine. She harmed him with Visine for three days in July 2018 preceding the toxic substance inevitably caused his passing, examiners said.
