The NEDG, coordinators of the presidential discussion as a team with the BON, had uncovered that it chosen five competitors on "character, direct and different things of the applicants".
Those welcomed include: President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, previous Vice-President Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party; and a previous Minister of Education, Mrs.Oby Ezekwesili of the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria.
The two others welcomed include: the Presidential competitor of the Alliance for New Nigeria, Fela Durotoye; and Young Progressives Party applicant, Kingsley Moghalu.
In any case, in a letter marked by the National Legal Adviser of the AAC, Mr. Inibehe Effiong, the gathering portrayed the prohibition of Sowore as a rupture of Section 100 of the Electoral Act which expresses that every single political gathering be given reasonable portrayal and media introduction.
The gathering said if Sowore was excluded, the AAC would go to court to prevent the occasion from holding.
The letter read to a limited extent, "From the prior, it is evident that the choice to reject the AAC from the NEDG/BON 2019 Presidential race banter is unlawful, illicit, self-assertive, undemocratic, outlandish and shaky.
"In like manner, I thus request the incorporation of the AAC in the booked NEDG/BON 2019 Presidential decision banter.
"If it's not too much trouble pay heed that if the AAC is excluded in the said discussion as requested, we will initiate legitimate activity against you, the BON and the NEDG in a court of equipped ward to look for review, including a request of order controlling you, BON and the NEDG from holding or arranging the booked discussion."
