Ritual Killers Abduct Newborn Baby While The Mother Was Sleeping In Ondo

As indicated by a report by Punch Metro, some speculated ritualists have allegedly stole a 13-day-old infant at Uro-Ajowa in the Akoko North-West Local Government Area of Ondo State. 


The occurrence happened in the early long stretches of Thursday while the mother of the child, Mrs Oluwaseun Olomodi, was all the while resting. 

A source expressed that two presumed ritualists sneaked into the room where the infant and the mother were dozing and removed the infant. 

The source said the hooligans may have captured the infant for ceremonial purposes. 

The source stated, "It occurred around 1am on Thursday. The gangsters picked up passage into the house through the kitchen. After the punks had stole the infant, an elderly lady, who woke up around then and endeavored to save the child, was cut with a cleaver by the hooligans. 

"The elderly lady's shout woke up the neighbors and the unfortunate casualty's mom, however the hijackers had left. Quickly, the network individuals began brushing the shrubs yet their endeavors have not yielded any natural product as of recently." 

Whenever reached, the Public Relations Officer for the Ondo State Police Command, Mr Femi Joseph, said the police had started examination concerning the issue.
