Man In Serious Trouble After Being Caught Using Phone To Record Proceedings In Lagos Court

A moderately aged man, distinguished as Barile Normagima, was on Tuesday remanded in jail guardianship for 48 hours by a Federal High Court in Port Harcourt over a profane conduct amid court procedures, Punch Metro reports.
 
It was assembled that the man held his cell phone high and was said to record court procedures before he was spotted by the managing judge. 

Equity J. K. Omotosho requested that Normagima is remanded in jail guardianship for two days and should profit to the court for December 13, 2018, to clarify why he ought not to be arraigned. 

A companion of Normagima, who did not need his name in print, disclosed to Southern City News that his companion, who remained close by in court, drew out his telephone from his pocket on account of the jam in court. 

He stated, "Normagima drew out his telephone from his pocket and held it high as a result of the pack in court pushing on one another. I don't think he was recording the court procedures. 

"Be that as it may, when the judge saw him and advised him, rather than saying 'sorry' to the court, he was caught up with belligerence. This goaded the judge and he requested his remand in jail to show him a thing or two." 

Be that as it may, the policemen, who were in court when the judge gave the request, held the man and took him to a cell inside the Federal High Court complex. 

It was assembled that Normagima was in court to observe an issue verging on governmental issues, which was slated for hearing on Tuesday.
