Accepting an appointment at State House, Abuja, on Monday from International Republican and National Democratic Institute, United States of America, the President stated:
"I am happy you are here to survey our pre-decision arrangements. It helps me to remember the visit by the then Secretary of State, John Kerry, before the 2015 surveys. We value the worry of America for soundness in creating nations.
"Having kept running for president multiple times, winding up at the Supreme Court each of the multiple times, previously God and innovation made a path for me the fourth time, I recognize what it is to be swindled at the surveys.
"What they used to do was simply to grant votes, and advise any individual who was disappointed to go to court.
Yet, we won't do that. I am set up to give the resistance the open doors I was not given previously."
President Buhari guaranteed the guests that he had told the leaders of the security offices not to be divided, but rather to do their work expertly, and enable the desire of the general population to win.
