Equity A. I. Ashoms, who passed on the judgment, announced that the indictment had demonstrated past sensible uncertainty that Mr. Lamde executed the lady.

"The sentence of this court upon you is that you will be hanged until the point that you are dead,'' Mr. Ashoms pronounced.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reports that the convict was first summoned on July 14, 2014, accused of a blamable crime, in spite of area 221 of the Penal Code, and culpable with death upon conviction.
Mr. Lamde was said to have carried out the wrongdoing on April 10, 2014, when he utilized a cleaver to hack his stepmother to death.
Mr. Lamde, an inhabitant of Ngwak town, Langtang North, in his confession booth proclamation to the Police, said that he was at home on the said date when he heard his progression sister, Chakwai Zamde, shouting in her room.

The guidance to the convict, David Adudu, while talking with writers after the judgment, said that the death penalty passed on the convict was perfectly fine was discovered blameworthy of the wrongdoing.
Mr. Adudu, nonetheless, said that he would ponder the judgment and advance capital punishment.
