BREAKING News: Why I Refused To Sign Amended Electoral Bill - Buhari Writes Senate

President Muhammadu Buhari has composed the Senate, disclosing why he declined to consent to the Electoral (Amendment) Bill, 2018 as of late gone by the National Assembly.
