President Buhari has left Nigeria for New York where he will take an interest in the 73rd Session of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA73) which authoritatively opened September 18, 2018.
The subject during the current year's Session is: "Making the United Nations significant to all People: Global Leadership and Shared Responsibilities for Peaceful, Equitable and Sustainable Societies."
The highpoint of President Buhari's investment will be his location on Tuesday, September 25th to the General Assembly on the opening day of the General Debate.
The President's introduction of Nigeria's National Statement is relied upon to reaffirm the country's duty to universal peace and security; feasible financial improvement; demilitarization and denuclearisation; youth and ladies strengthening; environmental change; a run of law and human rights; among others.
He is joined by his better half, Aisha Buhari.
