Family sources said the expired, who was nicknamed Barbwire by fans, drooped in the early long periods of Wednesday near his home in Ikorodu. He was matured 54.
"Collins drooped and kicked the bucket around 5.30am on Wednesday. He had dozed out, however, was getting back home to get his healing center card since he had a meeting with his specialist, when he drooped a couple of meters to his home," Olabisi Olawepo, a nearby family companion said.
It was learned that Collins had been sick for some time, however, had recovered before he kicked the bucket on Wednesday.
His more youthful sibling, Fabian, said the family would declare the entombment of the fallen star at the appropriate time.
"We should bring his cadaver down to our family house in Surulere. After at that point, we will declare the entombment game plans," Fabian told our journalist.
Collins started his vocation at Green Beret in the mid-80s, previously playing for Hoest of Otta and Concord of Abeokuta. He joined Stores in the 90s and proceeded to play for Enugu Rangers before coming back to Stores, where he finished his playing vocation.
