This is Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo state caught sleeping at an important session of the United Nations in New York.
He was on the entourage of President Muhammadu Buhari to the United Nations General Assembly held in New York USA.
Instead of paying attention to what was being discussed the governor dozed off and was caught by a cameraman who posted the show of shame on the internet.
