Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh did the honour of decorating Kogi senator, Dino Melaye as Nigeria’s most outstanding lawmaker.
He was honoured at the Nigerian Goodwill Ambassador Awards 2018 – the senator shared photos on his Instagram page, captioning one,
