The Chairman of the five-man panel, Mr John Mathew on Sunday, said that one of the 30 wannabes was excluded.
Matthew who did not uncover the name of the excluded wannabe said the rest 29 met the constituent and gathering necessities to challenge in the primaries in their individual states.
"We screened all the 30 governorship hopefuls and issued them with capability declarations.
One of the hopefuls was precluded for a few reasons which won't be uncovered here.
"In spite of that, we gave him the precluded applicants declaration and purposes behind his exclusion as a governorship hopeful," he said.
The director said that the board of trustees took after the rules of the gathering in deciding the applicants that would compete for the banner of the gathering.
"We screened seven governorship hopefuls from Adamawa, four from Bauchi, two from Borno, 13 from Gombe, one from Taraba, and three from Yobe," he included
Matthew, who said the greater part of the competitors were not looking for the workplace out of the blue, included that they exhibited all the expected archives to the screening panel.
"The hopefuls demonstrated their voters' cards, enrollment cards, impose leeway, age affirmation authentications, instructive capabilities, birth declarations and other statutory necessities by the Federal Government and the gathering.
"So we are fulfilled that the wannabes met the necessities for the governorship in their states," Matthew said.
