“Operation Jennifer Lopez booty is in full effect,” the 29-year-old North Carolina native revealed to Us Weekly at an Xtend Barre workout for the Victoria’s Secret Sport launch in New York City on Wednesday, September 18.
I know that doesn’t sound that challenging but my squats just aren’t my expertise,” the Free People spokesmodel shared.
“I have bad form with squats so I do a few, usually three sets of 10 squats, [because] I want to see the progression from the beginning to the end.”
The model, who has scoliosis, a condition that causes a sideways curvature of the spine, also swears by Xtend classes,
a barre-based workout that is meant to help lengthen the body and perfect posture while strengthening head-to-toe.
“I feel taller afterwards,” she says. “I think anything that you can do that makes you feel good, stronger and it helps you stretch, is great for scoliosis.”
Hunt insists that although the Shades of Blue star’s booty is inspiring her workouts, it’s not just the World of Dance judge’s physical assets that fuel her girl crush.
“I love that J.Lo inserts so much pop in it, and to me, that’s what the Victoria’s Secret brand is all about,” she tells Us.
“They’re all about embracing your body, embracing confidence, feeling like your best self,
and I think that’s why every single model in the fashion industry wants to walk Victoria’s Secret fashion show — because it’s the ultimate show. It sets the mark for any model’s career.”
Hunt adds that the 49-year-old singer would also make a great Angel. “I’ve had this question asked to me so many times:
‘Who would be great to do the VS show?’ but J.Lo would also be amazing,” she tells Us. “I’ve got to throw that one out there: Come J.Lo! … Who doesn’t love J.Lo?”
