The former Hollyoaks star, 24, looked downcast as she exited the property in a loose fitting grey T-shirt bearing the emotive slogan ‘Sleep under the Stars.’
Shortly after departing her home, she took to Instagram to share a post regarding: 'The hardest thing that I've ever had to hear was that my child died. The hardest thing that I've ever done is to live everyday since that moment.'
Visibly restrained following another turbulent episode, Stephanie kept her eyes lowered to the ground while making her way towards her car.
Venturing out for supplies, Stephanie added to her subdued outfit with a pair of casual black jogging bottoms and flip-flops.
Her appearance comes shortly she confirmed the loss of her unborn second child two weeks ago.
Sharing an emotional Instagram post on Wednesday evening, Stephanie expressed her belief that it was due to stress in the midst of her ongoing court battle with ex-boyfriend Jeremy, claiming: 'He killed our baby'.
Writing a lengthy caption, the actress revealed she was 'broken' and claimed she could 'never forgive' Jeremy - who was found guilty of domestic assault in Liverpool Magistrates Court on Monday.
Stephanie's heartbreaking post read: ' Too loose a child is something I hope no one EVER goes through. The grief and pain is UNBELIEVABLE . Words CANNOT describe. My heart is BROKEN.
'I lost my baby due to the stress Jeremy put me under, history repeating its self after carrying caben alone for 9 months while he goes out with women and partying and posting pictures on purpose when I was in hospital and nearly lost caben on several occasions.
'How evil someone can be to the mother of their child with revenge porn etc the list goes on, hitting me and setting up paps to take pictures of him on date whilst I'm carrying his child....
'cheating on me and treating me like I'm not even human I have No words! Evil. He ruined my life and killed our child!and for that I can never forgive him!!
'He knew I was pregnant and has never ONCE again asked about his unborn child OR asked how caben is, he's been to busy out on benders and spending money on drink and drugs and getting women to lick his nipples.'
Stephanie continued: 'He's not paid ANYTHING towards caben since he was born. He doesn't care about his child, he was simply a trophy child to him. He was found guilty, for a reason.
He destroyed my life and took away my happiness, and if anything comes from me being in the public eye and some saddo selling videos of me for a bit of cash when someone's at there lowest says more about them than me.
'I hope to help women of domestic violence, to stop what happened to me to other women. I would like to Grieve for my child, find strength and move on.
'I walked into that court with my head held high after he laughed and goaded me, and I continue to be strong, be a good mum to my son and if ANYTHING has come from my horrific ordeal, to help those who have been in my shoes and help give them the hope, that there is light at the end.
'I don't know HOW I'm standing, but I am. And what doesn't kill you makes you stronger! I will NEVER again be treated the way I was, Thankyou to domestic violence for helping me and building me back up.
'It may seem mad what's in the press and a lot not 100% true about me, to deal with it in real life and in the public eye has been soul destroying, but thankfully I'm here to tell the tale. Mummy Loves u little one GBNF'.
MailOnline have contacted a representative for Stephanie for comment. Jeremy's representation declined to comment.
Stephanie's miscarriage came just two weeks before ex Jeremy was found guilty of domestic assault in Liverpool Magistrates Court on Monday, with the actress revealing she even feared he would kill her during one particularly heated row.
She told the court that Jeremy 'threw her around like a rag doll' - leaving her to think: 'This is it; he's going to kill me.' She claimed that Jeremy suspected her of a lesbian affair and a fling with a fireman as he attacked her at a property in Rainhill, Merseyside, on March 10.
While the Irish model awaits sentencing, of which he could possibly face up to 26 weeks, he has now been faced with news of the loss of his second child with the actress, who repeatedly mentioned his demons and battles in her statement.
Reaching a guilty verdict in just 15 minutes, Judge Wendy Lloyd said: 'This is a sad story, like many of this sort there is much emotion on both sides. Mr McConnell may prefer to think he acted in self-defence. I believe his judgement was totally clouded by drugs and alcohol.'
The actress' devastating news comes just hours after footage surfaced showing the star drinking and acting erratically, in images shot just three days after she discovered her heartbreaking loss.
The footage appearing on Mirror shortly before her announcement, sees the star intoxicated and emotional, an understandable state after sources reveal to MailOnline the images were taken just three days after her miscarriage.
Make-up artist Claire Jane, who was present while the film was shot, claims the troubled actress 'cried in her arms' after she ushered her into a ladies toilet.
She said: 'I was so worried I got her in the toilets and she turned into a right state, crying, saying she had ruined her life. I was that worried I thought I should call the police because I just didn’t know what to do.'
Additional video footage finds the actress playfully slapping a male patron across the face, prompting an animated exchange with an unidentified female.
Claire claims she left soon afterwards, adding: 'It turns out after the bar stopped serving her she went off with one of my female friends.'
During her testament in court on Monday, Stephanie described the assault 'like something out of a horror movie', adding that the Irish model threatened to smash a bottle over his head. The prosecution said the assault took place as Stephanie held Caben in her arms, a claim that was denied by Jeremy.
Earlier this year, after the arrival of Caben Albi, the star appeared on Loose Women where she was asked if she ever considered not going through with her pregnancy.
She said: 'At one point I got certain phone calls and completely broke down and was on my hands and knees and I couldn't take any more.
'I said in the house what I went through in the past and I thought he was the one to save me from that and never let me go through anything like that again.
'I lost it and thought I am reliving the same nightmare but worse, now I'm pregnant. I thought this isn't fair to bring a baby into such a toxic relationship.'
Pior to Caben's arrival, Jeremy took to Twitter to pen: 'Everything will be dealt with accordingly and mature, but a baby doesn’t fix a toxic relationship, end of discussion.'
