Man Who Was Locked In Chains For Over 1yr Finally Rescued By Police

Police Officers in Lagos has rescued a man who was kept in chains for over one year in Mushin, Lagos state.

Although his 85yrs old grandmother told the police that he was chained because he is mentally ill, but the police frowned at the condition under which he had been kept in chains.
