Kate Garraway previously admitted her husband 'nearly kicked off' over his suspicions that she and Jeremy Kyle were having an 'affair'.
But the 50-year-old presenter was back to her flirty tricks again on Tuesday, as she dubbed Jeremy a 'cheeky monkey' after he said she 'could be a hooker'.
Red-faced Jeremy - who is filling in for Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain while he holidays in LA - made the awkward gaffe during a chat about women's rugby.
The blunder came as he chatted to Maggie Alphonsi about the women's rugby world cup, with Kate saying that she didn't want to play rugby in case she 'got hurt'.
Jeremy, 52, then asked Maggie: 'Do you think Kate could be a rugby player?' to which Maggie replied: 'Most definitely, I think you could all be rugby players.'
Signalling at Charlotte - who recently announced she would be joining Strictly Come Dancing, joked: 'You can't touch the Strictly, she's insured for millions'.
Clearly feeling cheeky, he then looked at Kate and asked: 'What do you think you'd be? A hooker?'
Kate replied baffled: 'I don't even know what a hooker does! What does a hooker do?'
Maggie explained: 'A hooker throws the ball into the line out and gets physical and aggressive,' and Jeremy cut in saying: 'You're in the middle of all of it and someone sits on your head and you've got to scrabble around to get the ball.'
'It's just like being on this show, I've got the training for it,' she joked.
But Jeremy soon realised his gaffe and backtracking, explained: 'When I said hooker I actually didn't know what I meant but now I realise it's come out wrong.'
Laughing, Kate mock-chastised her co-host, saying: 'Hmmm no-one is believing you, you're just a cheeky monkey.'
And continuing their flirty banter of the past week, he quipped: 'You love it, really' to which Kate shot back: 'I really do.'
The exchange comes amid the revelation that Jeremy appearance on the breakfast show has appeared to cause issues for Kate and her husband of 12 years Derek Draper.
Kate revealed that it had 'nearly kicked off' between herself and her spouse, as he had quizzed her over her flirty antics with Jeremy onscreen and questioned whether the pair were having an 'affair'.
She made the admission on Monday's show of Good Morning Britain, where she was once again flanked by Jeremy.
The star revealed that she had been celebrating Derek's 50th birthday with him, but things turned sour between the pair at the mention of the Jeremy Kyle Show host.
Explaining the tiff to her co-presenters, Kate revealed: 'It nearly did kick off... Jeremy and I nearly kissed by accident on air.'
Charlotte Hawkins had asked what happened, prompting Jeremy to lean in towards Kate and bursting into a fit of giggles, she cried: 'Don't start it again,' before admitting: 'It's taken five days for me to calm things down at home.'
Jeremy asked: 'Is he actually quite upset?' with Kate adding: 'He was like, 'Are you actually having an affair?' He was all thrown by it.'
'He wasn't saying that,' Jeremy shrugged, as he said: 'Derek come on, it's only a job.'
Kate then jokingly accused her co-host of 'double bluffing' and wanting to set the record straight, Jeremy hit back: 'No it isn't a double bluff, it's a job. It's called chemistry Del... deal with it!'
Despite her confession, Kate didn't appear to help matters, as she and Jeremy were then seen getting very hands on with each other, as they attempted to recreate the Dirty Dancing lift.
Richard Arnold had been watching on as the duo attempted the tricky move, with Jeremy struggling to pick Kate up, before falling to the floor in a heap.
Clearly amused by his efforts, Kate joked: 'I've killed Jeremy Kyle,' as the credits to the breakfast show began to roll.
It's not the first time that she has been left red-faced on air, as just last week, the presenter was seen choking on a sausage live on air.
Her co-host Richard had brought the offending pork snack to her in a wrap of tin foil in hopes of re-creating a video of a man eating a sausage out of an alligator's mouth which went viral.
'Blame the GMB catering,' he said, after unwrapping the tasty treat and putting it in his mouth. 'It's covered in butter.'
Richard cheekily said: 'Since you have a similar overbite I thought we could recreate this moment live on air Kate. Come in for one.'
As he placed it in his mouth, an eager Kate swooped over and whipped it out of her mouth with her teeth.
However, it seems her over-zealous action had some serious consequences as a piece of sausage clearly went down her throat.
Immediately choking on it, Kate jumped up and down in her chair in an effort to sort out the embarrassing situation.
She then put her head in her hands on the desk as her worried co-hosts asked her if she was OK.
'I literally just nearly choked on a sausage live on air,' she exclaimed to a concerned looking Ben Shephard.
