The Keeping Up With The Kardashians momager seemed upbeat as she headed into the eatery, even pausing to sign an autograph for an eager fan.
But on the way out, the camera flashes revealed the 61-year-old was wearing spanx under her dress to give her a shapely silhouette.
Influential reality star Kris wore a long-sleeved colorfully-patterned dress with a high neck and triple gold chains with pendants.
She added matching sandal heels and purse and sported a pair of large sunglasses.
But the matriarch, who oversees the reality careers of her six children, clearly didn't count on the flashlights showing up her form-compressing underwear.
Kris first found fame as the ex-wife of O.J. Simpson best friend and divorce lawyer Robert Kardashian.
After they divorced, she went on to marry Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner from whom she divorced in 2015 after Bruce revealed he was gender transitioning to a woman called Caitlyn.
Her reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians is currently shooting its 14th season.
But on Monday, she once again publicly denied the allegation that she had in some way had a hand in daughter Kim Kardashian's 2007 sex tape that was released as she was negotiating a deal for a reality show.
During a THR's Awards Chatter podcast on Monday, Kris said she finds it 'offensive' when accused of brokering and arranging the release of KIm's sex tape eight months before Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered on E!
'[That was] one of the most horrific things that we, as a family, went through,' insisted the ex-wife of the late O.J. Simpson defense attorney Robert Kardashian and trans Olympian Caitlyn Jenner.
'Of course it's nonsense. You know, haters are gonna hate. People are gonna come up with the most ridiculous things,' she added.
Kim, now married to third husband Kanye West, reportedly dropped her lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment for distributing the tape made in 2003 with then-boyfriend Ray J and settled for $5M.
The tape has since amassed $100M and 210M views - according to TMZ.
At the time, it appeared as though Kim was simply following in the famous footsteps of her former boss, Paris Hilton, whose own 'leaked' sex tape helped launch her MTV series The Simple Life.
But the KUWTK matriarch said she began pitching a reality series surrounding her blended brood to Ryan Seacrest after seeing the success of another MTV reality series.
'I remember watching The Osbournes thinking, 'How funny!' It was just fascinating to watch somebody at home living life in their own house,' Kris said.
'We're shooting season 14 right now,' the In the Kitchen With Kris author said.
'I think that people got emotionally invested early on and they realized that this is a family that has its ups and downs, but truly is obsessed with each other and loves each other very much. And I think that that journey is something that resonates with everyone... We couldn't make this s*** up, you know?'
She said she worries, though, about how it's going to be for her growing brood of grandchildren.
'My grandchildren are gonna have a tough time. I worry about them because there's a lot of hate and disruption on the Internet,' she said.
