Raising children in Nigeria is definitely not
easy, neither is it cheap. But just how much would one spend in raising a
3-year-old girl?
This is a question veteran comedian Alibaba
struggled to answer on his Instagram page recently. He posted screen
shots of a conversation he had with a woman who was complaining because
her baby daddy had reduced the stipend he used to give her to take care
of her daughter who is 3 years old.
The woman said N200, 000 was not enough to take
care of her daughter monthly because she spends the money on diapers,
transportation, feeding etc.
