Diego's brother confirms he has lots of offers to leave Chelsea

                                                                                                                                   Diego Costa
Diego Costa has “lots of offers” on the table to leave Chelsea this summer, according to his brother
Jair, but the Spain international has not made a decision where he will play next season.
Costa, 28, who is under contract with Chelsea for another two years, said last week that Antonio Conte does not count on his services for the 2017-18 campaign.
“Thankfully Diego has lots of offers,” Jair told Yahoo Brazil. “I can’t say how many but they exist.”
Atletico Madrid have said they would welcome Costa’s return to the club, a move that is attractive to the player.
“He has great affection for Atletico but right now, there is nothing [concrete],” Jair said. “We have to wait and see what happens.”
Costa scored 43 goals in 94 league appearances for Atletico before Chelsea triggered his £32 million buy-out clause in the summer of 2014.
Atletico will not be able to register new players until January 2018, when they will have completed a transfer ban for breaching FIFA rules regarding signing of international underage players. However, they can still make signings and loan them elsewhere until then.
O Globo reported this week that Costa could join Palmeiras on a six-month loan before arriving to Atletico.
Such a move for the Brazil-born Costa is unlikely, even though he is a fan of that club, his brother said.
“To be honest, right now that is very difficult,” Jair said. “Many friends have called me up in the last few hours to ask me about that [report] but Diego has not said anything about this.
“He is a Palmeirense [fan] even though me and my father support Sao Paulo.”
Costa had a training-ground row with Conte in January and was linked with Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian soon after.
He does not want to jeopardise his chances of playing at the 2018 World Cup, however, and therefore is likely to remain in Europe.
“That is very difficult [a move to China] because next year is the World Cup and Diego wants to be there,” Jair said.
Costa scored a team-high 20 goals and set up seven more in 35 league starts to help Chelsea lift the Premier League title last season.
He started and scored in Spain’s 2-1 win at Macedonia in Sunday’s World Cup qualifier.
