Judge Datuk Azman Abdullah sent 46-year-old Sidrey Shalod Dike, to the hangman's tree in the wake of finding that the barrier had neglected to raise sensible uncertainty against the arraignment's case.
"In the wake of looking at contentions by both the guard and the indictment, the court found that the resistance neglected to raise sensible uncertainty and the charged is discovered liable and condemned to death," he said.
Dam, low maintenance conveyance man, was accused of trafficking 727.1g of methamphetamine at a path at Jalan Segambut, Kg Segambut Luar at 2.30pm on May 3, 2017.
He was charged under Section 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and culpable under Section 39B(2) of a similar law, which gives the compulsory capital punishment upon conviction.
The arraignment was led by representative open examiner Nadiah Isa, while Dike was spoken to by attorney J. Kuldeep Kumar.
