Makinde gave the confirmation on Wednesday during the 2020 Inter-Religious Prayer Service, composed by the state government at the State Secretariat, Agodi in Ibadan.
He said that an advisory group had been set up to manage the arrangement and usage of the new lowest pay permitted by law.
The senator said his administration was in agreement with work on the new N30,000 the lowest pay permitted by law for laborers.
He placed that legislature and the government employees would be sensible in the arrangement, saying they were going a similar way of conveying great administration and advancement to the state.
Makinde further repeated his organization's responsibility toward improved welfare for the state workforce and better expectations for everyday comforts of the inhabitants.
In her location, Mrs. Ololade Agboola, the state Head of Service, asked the state common/local officials to stay steadfast and resolved to work in the New Year.
Agboola ordered the laborers to give space for advancements and thoughts, as another method for doing their obligations just as comportment to relate with individuals from general society.
"Taking care of government's assets and properties, and relating admirably with colleagues, are the best approaches,'' she said.
She revealed that an endorsement had been given by the senator for the direction of a Productivity/Merit Award Day, which was required to be systematized to guarantee an improvement in the exhibition of laborers in the state.
