The police charged Aliu, who dwells in Odeku, Ibadan, with making explicit pictures and sending it to individuals.
Boss Magistrate O.A. Hamzat didn't take the respondent's request on the grounds that the court came up short on the ward.
Hamzat requested that Aliu ought to be remanded in Agodi Correctional Center pending lawful guidance from the workplace of the Oyo State Directorate of Public Prosecution. (DPP)
He dismissed the issue until Feb. 28, for notice.
Prior, the Prosecution Counsel, Sgt. Salewa Hammed told the court that Aliu, somewhere in the range of 2016 and 2019, purportedly took bare pictures of one Bolanle Adegboye and sent it to her companion and spouse.
Hammed affirmed that Aliu submitted the offense while he was dating Adegboye.
The offense, he stated, was supposedly dedicated to Railway Quarters, Aleshinloye, Ibadan.
He said the offense repudiated the arrangements of Section 24 (1) (b) of the Cyber-wrongdoing (Prohibition Prevention) Act 2015 Laws of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
The Defense Counsel, Mr. Kolawole Adegoke, implored the court to concede his customer to abandon the most liberal terms.
