The second application, likewise struck out by the court, was a movement looking for leave of court to claim the judgment that sacked him as an administrator in the state lawmaking body.
The pinnacle court, managed by Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivo, maintained the contentions of respondent's insight, Mr. Douglas Pepe, that all applications were awkward and couldn't remain in court.
The Judge concurred that the points of interest of the judgment the litigant tried to request were not contained in the application under the watchful eye of the court.
He, thusly, struck them out for being bumbling.
