The state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Andrew Enwerem, who marched the priest before newsmen on Tuesday, blamed him for forecasting amid last Sunday's chapel gathering in the Urratta zone of Owerri.
The minister was claimed to have said in his prescience that the representative was enlisting young men in the state with the sole point of hijacking youngsters in the vicinity of zero and 10 years for custom purposes.

In a meeting with Southern City News, the 40-year-old minister, who hails from the Mbaitoli Local Government Area of the state, said what the police blamed him for was false.
