Chrissy gave birth to Miles on 16 May 2018 after he arrived a few weeks prematurely.
It is rare that the superstar couple get to enjoy some time alone, as they were already parents to two year old daughter Luna.
The pair both dressed up in black as they headed out on their date and snapped a selfie from the restaurant they were dining in.
“First post-Miles date night,” John captioned the photo as he posted it to his 8.3 million followers.
Compliments for the couple, who married in 2013, came in thick and fast via the comments section.
