Fredrick Eklund and husband Derek Kaplan are now the proud parents of twins.
The Million Dollar Listing star shared an Instagram snap of their new son and daughter with the caption: 'Happiest moment of my life. Welcome Fredrick and Milla to the world.'
Eklund and Kaplan each cradle a swaddled infant while sharing a kiss for the camera.
The 40-year-old realtor told Us Weekly in May that they were trying again for a baby.
The couple previously were using a surrogate who miscarried twins in 2015 and then another surrogate also lost a pregnancy after that.
Speaking to the magazine at the premiere party of the latest season of Million Dollar Listing New York: 'We're on our way now. But I can't say anything else.
'We are on our way. Things are changing now. I feel good.'
The realtor said while it has been very 'difficult' for him and Derek, he knows it has been harder on their surrogates.
'I'm also trying to be respectful that we are two guys trying to have a baby and when we've been sad and we've had our thing, we haven't even had anything happen to our bodies.
'So I am very respectful of that side of it which is a little unknown to me and what our surrogates have gone through.'
Fredrik did not say how or what stage they were at in adding a child to their family but the fact they are trying, means Fredrik has done a lot of healing.
He wrote: 'Our family is no different from yours... we just want to build our own unit of love in our own home.... I've felt like a failure and that I'll never get to where I want to go: for me and Derek to finally become parents.'

This season sees the return of Ryan Serhant, who told Us that he and his new wife Emilia Bechrakis are not trying to expand their family any time soon.
He told the magazine: 'We're busy. Listen, kids aren't going to remember those early years, but we will and I want to make sure that we are ready when do have kids. I don't want to have kids just to have kids.'
